ThermoDome Models

Are the pots for the Thermowell sized the same as the pots for the ThermoDome ? I'm considering buying a ThermoDome stove and am curious if anyone out there has cooked with one. Any insight would be appreciated.

I haven't cooked with it, but I do know that not all of the pots fit. My thermodome is only 7 1/4 inches deep. It is 10 inches wide, so the triples work but my big pot with the double boiler is too tall. The thermodome weighs 16.5 lbs, so it's a well insulated sucker. The walls are about 1 1/4 inches.

I am missing the bar or chain that goes up the back to hold up the thermodome so it will be awhile until I can get it up and running.

Lori G, Thanks for that info. I am going out to look at a stove this afternoon, have no idea if it is complete or not and I had no idea there was a mechanism to hoist and lower the dome...sort of like the Dome Of Silence from the TV show Get Smart.
